QPSK Demodulator

Pardis DRS-1022 is a low cost and high performance IF demodulator mainly used to replace the Baseband and modulator sections of analog radio links. Using robust QPSK modulation, this device has a high degree of tolerance to RF units' non-linearity and low quality specifications while keeping a high data throughput. Different coding rated along with good channel equalization and signal recovery algorithms make the demodulator the best choice to upgrade analog radio links to digital. This unit is best matched with Pardis DRS-1012 or any professional DVB-S transmitter.

  •  Best choice for replacing IF demodulator in analog radio links (used with .).

  • 1-40 MSym/S of supported symbol rate with 10 Sym/s step.

  • 1-60 Mbps of output bit rate support.

  • Robust QPSK demodulation for use with ordinary low cost RF modules.

  • Software upgradeable to 16-QAM demodulation.

  • 16E1 or E3 physical output support.

  •  DVB MPEG-TS on ASI/E3 support.

  • Tow ASI/E3 outputs (Identical)

  •  FEC code rates of 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 and RS(204/188) for powerful channel decoding.

  •  High performance timing and carrier recovery and channel equalization.

  • 34-70 MHz IF or L-Band RF input.

  • Signal quality and transmitter parameters monitoring.

  • Ethernet, RS-232 and local monitoring and control.

  • Compact size of one rack unit.
